He called me after the inspection to go over a few things and even went out of his way to remove some winter blankets that were on two Magnolia trees with the impending heat wave coming. Steven did a great job inspecting our new home. He was thorough and gave great feedback. He had some bonus tools that I have noticed other inspectors don't like thermal and moisture meters to check for insulation and moisture throughout the home. He also offers a bonus warranty on his inspections which I thought was pretty cool. We had a little miscommunication over the date of our booking. If I had one complaint it would be that his booking system and pre inspection communication could be better. Great inspector, would recommend and use again! Thanks Steven. Nick
